Quilt for A & D

My nice A and her husband were married in May. This is their quilt.

I loved making it. I do love those "half square triangle squares."

Mrs T was in town, so we delivered it on Saturday to them in their new home.

Summer Sewing

It's almost the winter solstice, and we have already had a huge snow and torrential rains with flooding, but I'm just now adding to my blog with the latest projects. These were from late summer:

Big sister Miss S gets a mermaid since this is a family of swimmers.

Baby E gets these: a ball to roll and toss and a quilt to play on.

I didn't get a photo with the binding on . . . it's dark brown.
