Little Snow

It snowed a little last night, sunny today, so we went for a walk on Forbidden Drive. It's hard to believe that this beautiful area is in the middle of the city, about 5 minutes from the T home.

Quilting

Several years ago I decided I would like to learn how to quilt. I didn't really have time then, so I decided I would appreciate quilts. Now I have time, I've been thinking about quilting, reading about quilting, enjoying quilting blogs, and I have finally started a little quilt. It's very small, I'll hang it on the wall. The top is finished; I have made the quilt "sandwich," and now I must do the quilting. I'll take a photo when it's finished. I'm feeling quite pleased with myself!

We played at the playground the other day, no other families, so I could play myself.

Then I came home and had sore muscles. I must do this more often!

New Year's Resolution: walk or play for 30 minutes a day.

How many times have I resolved to do just that?
